Artfully Sent Blog Hop

Oh, how I love this cartridge...just like the other 3 CTMH Cricut Cartridges, this one is packed with possibilities.  I am excited to be a part of this blog hop, which I am sure will give you an abundance of inspiration.
If you have arrived here from Justine Hovey's Blog, then you are on the right path!  Since the blog hop is a great big circle, you can start here and work all the way around.  If you get lost along the way, you'll find the complete list of participating consultants on Melinda's Blog.  This month we have 46 Close to my Heart Consultants sharing their creations using the new Artfully Sent Cricut Cartridge and other great CTMH products.

For my project I wanted to show what can be accomplished with the basics - cardstock, stamps, ink and the Artfully Sent Cricut Cartridge.  It was an incredibly fast card and so much fun to make.

Here is what I did with the inside of this card...

And my post wouldn't be complete without a couple of close up shots of the details on this card...

What I love about this cartridge is that you can create really great cards with just basic supplies...which means you get to the finished product a bit faster and, for me, it means I can bypass the time spent agonizing over the perfect embellishment.   Is it too much, does it convey the kind of feel that I am going for, is it enough?  Don't get me wrong, I LOVE embellishments, but sometimes, less really is more and this was one of those times.

Here is a list of the supplies used to make this card:
Artfully Sent Cricut Cartridge
Lagoon Cardstock
White Daisy Cardstock
Sunset Cardstock
Lagoon Exclusive Ink Stamp Pad
Sunset Exclusive Ink Stamp Pad
Who's Your Valentine Stamp Set, retired

    1. My thoughts exactly....I had all three of my daughters in mind when I made it. Now I need to make a couple more so I can give one to each of them.

  5. Love it! I get it. Sometimes we need to create a quick card and other times we cannot use a lot of bling (I'm thinking cards for men). Great idea!

    1. Yes, sometimes we do need to make something quickly and it is nice when the results don't give away our secret :-)
